 A criminal Justice project with 86% engagement rate

From  our  project working with the Warwickshire and West Mercia Community Rehabilitation Company and the National Probation Service, YSS Enhanced Support Service’s 6 month( August  2015- January 2016) report  has just been published:

These are the latest Headlines about this Criminal Justice project :

  1. 86% engagement rate
  2. 42% improvement  in distance travelled
  3. Largest  age group worked with : 31-40 years of age, followed by  41+ years of age
  4. 2563 outcomes
  5. Top 3 pathways where  support was  successfully achieved  were  Accommodation; Finance and Debt and Attitude; Thinking and Behaviour
  6. Additional resources provided to supplement  Enhanced Support  Service/ give added value  were   access/ opportunities in  Employment Support Programme, Good Stuff Furniture  project; Moodmaster  sessions and  for probation staff Mental Health First Aid
  7. Work in Warwickshire  has expanded after the initial pilot project.

What issues have improved from the start to finish?

There were significant improvement shown on cases closed, in this  6 month period,  for those individuals who initially had significant issues identified at the Initial Needs Review: See chart below:
