Meet the team
Lisa Kidd-Penny – MORSE Youth Practitioner (Telford and Shropshire)
With an approach that resonates with young people I have the skills and knowledge to connect and work with individuals, supporting them to make better choices and to successfully complete the Morse Youth programme.
In addition, with a knack for creativity, I have the ability to adapt the sharing of this informative and thought provoking programme to get the best results for the young person, for our roads and for our community.

Meet the team
Elaine Stewart – MORSE Youth Practitioner (Worcester and Hereford)
From a young age, I’ve always had this strong urge to help others. In my early 30s, I decided to chase that passion and went to university to study Forensic Psychology. It really clicked with me and fuelled my interest in supporting people in the criminal justice system. After spending some time as a stay-at-home mum, I was ready to dive back into that passion. So, when I spotted the vacancy for a MORSE Youth Practitioner at YSS, I felt it was absolutely the right fit. Having gone through a tough teenage phase myself, I understand what young people are dealing with, and I think that helps me connect with them. I genuinely want to make a difference in their lives and do my best to be an effective support for them. I’m all about helping them navigate their challenges and guiding them toward a better future!
I am a MORSE Youth practitioner serving Worcester and Hereford. I work with young people who have been referred to me due to driving offences. Over the course of 12 sessions, I guide them through a behaviour modification program. In addition to this, I also offer support in other areas of their lives where they may be facing challenges. For me, it’s more than just completing a course; I genuinely want to support and help all my service users.
